ADAM Taub has had what could be described as an eclectic and dynamic career.
The most recent project — one of the most ambitious he has helmed — is the immersive production of George Orwell’s classic 1984, which began its run at Hackney Town Hall last night.
It is being staged until December 22.
“I’ve always been fascinated by the themes in 1984 — surveillance, control, and the erosion of individual freedoms,” executive producer Adam told me.
“These issues are just as relevant today, perhaps even more so, and we wanted to explore them in a way that truly resonates with people.”
