LEEDS Bnei Akiva started in style on Saturday with 37 youngsters attending activities.
And the group has a new head with the appointment of Sagi Yechezkel in addition to new leaders.
New madrichim David Isaacs, Hannah Myerson, Phillip Miles, Daniel Saffer, Jake Saffer, Mark Shaw and Itai Yechezkel have joined forces with current leaders Gideon Barth, Michael Bodansky, Emma Coupland, Gideon Hurwitz, Rachel Myerson, Ben Pliener, Vicky Saffer and Adam Taylor.
The youth group meets at United Hebrew Congregation tomorrow (3.30-5.30pm) and is also set to facilitate a 'Pots to Go' activity for the whole community at Beth Hamidrash Hagadol Synagogue on Sunday (3-5pm).
The activity costs £6. Participants will make and paint pots in addition to making food parcels with Rosh Hashanah cards.
