Webber forecast is good for Tim

IT was a trans-Pennines love union when Millie Webber and Tim Leigh married at The Dunkenhalgh Hotel, Accrington.

Rabbi Anthony Gilbert and Chazan Albert Chait officiated at the ceremony.

Social worker Millie is the daughter of Bernice and Tony Webber, of Leeds.

Tim, north west regional co-ordinator for the Community Security Trust, is the son of Mandy and Brian Leigh, of Prestwich, Manchester.

Best Men were brother David Leigh and Antony Simon.

Bridesmaids were Ava Webber, Sophie Newman, Jessica Webber, Emily Webber, Lisa Webber and Debbie Nathan.

Grandparents Walter and Shirley Hirsch, of Manchester, were among guests who travelled from Australia, America and Israel at the simcha

But grandma Freda Webber, of Southport, was unable to attend.

The newlyweds met in Manchester, honeymooned in Mauritius and have settled in Sharston, near Cheadle.

JADE JACOB and David Simon were married at The Pines, Chorley, by Heaton Park Hebrew Congregation's Rabbi Daniel Walker.

Jade, an occupational product developer, is the daughter of Yolande and Sid Jacob, of Prestwich, while electrical technician David is the son of Janice and Mike Simon, of Hale Barns.

Best man was Daniel Rosenthall.

Pageboys were the groom's nephews Toby Cohen and Natey Cohen.

After a honeymoon in Mexico, the couple - who met three years ago - have settled in north Manchester.
