Having visited this wondrous site many times in the somewhat distant past, these days there is the golden opportunity to also take in the relatively new visitor centre and experience an impressive, unforgettable, introduction to the true wonders Timna.

In the visitor centre of this sandstone and rock-filled wonderland, after being seated in a circular auditorium, one experiences what can only best be described as a sort of meteoric, truly out of this world, psychedelic journey to the centre of the earth and back again to present times.
