The Manchester Grammar School pupil, who also enjoys computers, is the son of Shelly and Jeremy Kay, of Whitefield.

Joining in the celebrations were sisters Molly, 16, and six-year-old Tilly, grandmother June Rowlands and guests from Italy and around the UK.
