Daniel, the son of Wendy and Alan Leckerman, of Newton Mearns, was barmitzvah at Giffnock and Newlands Hebrew Congregation.

Also joining in the celebrations was 23-year-old sister Susan.

A pupil at Belmont House School, Daniel is a fan of the performing arts and enjoys singing and drama.
