The Grammar School at Leeds pupil is the son of Jonathan and Gabby Wade, of Bramhope.

Sonny, who was named athlete of the year at his school, runs the 100 metres. He also enjoys enjoys all sports, especially football and rugby.

Joining in the celebrations were siblings Bradley, Kit and Tiggy and grandparents Stephen Royle-Evatt and Richard and Wendy Wade, of Leeds.
