Louie, the son of Sharron and Lee Barnett, of Childwall, was joined at the simcha by his brothers, Max, 14, and seven-year-old Sonny, as well as his six-year-old sister Sadie.

Grandparents Estelle and Lawrence Balbirer and Caroline and Lesley Barnett were also present.

King David High School pupil Louie enjoys playing football, listening to music and is about to become a black belt in karate.
