Dentist Dalya braces herself for married life

A CHANCE meeting with a mutual friend led to marriage for Oz Shtrosberg and Dalya Goldstone.

The couple were married at Heaton Park Hebrew Congregation by Rabbi Daniel Walker.

Financial adviser Oz, the son of Hagit and Itzik Shtrosberg, of Prestwich, was introduced to dentist Dalya, the daughter of Mark Goldstone, of Hale, and Raphi and Adele Bloom, of Radcliffe, by a friend after she graduated from Leeds University.

Best man was Marc Levy. Bridesmaids were Natasha Goldstone, Elise Bloom and Sivan Shtrosberg.

Joining in the celebrations were the bride's grandparents Sarine Jacobs, of Prestwich, and Silvia and Gary Goldstone, of Cheadle.

After a mini-moon in Paris, the couple have settled in Radcliffe.


Barmitzvah joy led to marriage for namesake Daniel

A BARMITZVAH celebration led to marriage for Candice Fineman and Daniel Cohen. The couple were married at Giffnock and Newlands Hebrew Congregation by Rabbi Moshe Rubin.

Jewellery shop assistant Candice, the daughter of Francine and Jeffrey Fineman, met her estate agent husband Daniel at the barmitzvah of a family friend, also called Daniel Cohen.

Unterfurers for Daniel were his aunt and uncle, Lisa and Gary Cohen. Best men were Darren and Simon Haniford.

Ushers were Daryl Fineman, Zach Fineman, Stephen Cohen, Dylan Groundland and Daniel Groundland.

Bridesmaids were Monica Groundland, Susan Leckerman, Gilah Daniels and Claire Shannon.

Joining in the celebrations were the bride's grandparents Toby Fineman and Sylvia Cohen.

Both families are from Newton Mearns, where the couple have settled after a honeymoon in Antigua.
