It’s an impressive, and sometimes rather violent, journey way back to the Kingdom of Judah — all without moving from one’s seat!

The excavated tel — an extensive, wide, elevated mound — and surrounding area are considered today to be one of the most important biblical sites in Israel, sharing that particular honour as ancient mounds go with Tel Megiddo, also known as Armageddon,situated in northern Israel’s Lower Galilee.
